1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for our services, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your child. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

Parents or legal guardians must register an account on behalf of their child. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Privacy and Children's Data

We take the privacy of children very seriously. Our services are designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws. We collect minimal information necessary to operate the service. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle personal data.

4. Content Submission

Children can submit their generated stories to our editors for review. By submitting content, you grant us the right to review, edit, and publish the stories. We will select the top five stories each week for publication on our platform.

5. Use of Content

By submitting stories, you (on behalf of your child) grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, distribute, display, and reproduce the content in any media now known or hereafter developed. This includes but is not limited to promotional and marketing purposes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services and the content provided are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
